This wasn’t your average Christmas. AquaTerra’s “Green Christmas” drive was all about celebrating with sustainability. Volunteers swapped tinsel for twigs and plastic for plants, hosting eco-friendly decor sessions and recycled ornament-making workshops. In place of gifts, they distributed saplings in hand-painted pots, encouraging participants to “grow something” into the new year. Even Santa wore a recycled costume! The day included green games, eco quizzes, and a tree-decorating contest using only upcycled materials. At its heart, it reminded everyone that celebration doesn’t need waste.
