200 Children engaged
Location : Gandhi Vidyalaya
The Paradox Fete was more than just a carnival—it was a day of joy created for underprivileged children, by AquaTerra’s volunteers. Designed as a fun-filled escape for kids from underserved communities, the event brought together games, food, music, and laughter in one warm, colorful space. From the moment the children walked in, they were met with cheering volunteers, bright decorations, and an open ground full of possibilities. There were game stalls of all kinds—ring toss, puzzles, obstacle races, and balloon darts—run entirely by student volunteers. Every child left with small prizes, big smiles, and memories that would last. A snack corner served up tasty treats, and an arts-and-crafts booth became a creativity haven. Storytelling sessions and a mini talent show gave children the chance to shine on stage, many for the very first time. What made the day special wasn’t just the excitement—it was the connection. Volunteers didn’t just host the event; they sat, played, danced, and bonded with the children throughout. The Paradox Fete was a reminder that joy is a right, not a luxury—and sometimes, the best gift you can give a child is your full attention, your time, and a safe space to simply be happy.
