Cooling sharbat served to spread smiles and beat the summer heat with kindness.
On a hot summer afternoon, AquaTerra volunteers took to the streets—not with slogans, but with sharbat. Big coolers, rows of paper cups, and smiles were all they needed to make a difference. Children ran up with curiosity, elders paused with gratitude, and passersby stopped to sip the sweet, chilled drink. Volunteers served every cup with a “namaste” and a kind word, making sure each person felt the refreshment beyond just the sharbat. Some stayed to chat, others simply nodded with a smile—but all left a little cooler, a little lighter. In the heat of the day, it wasn’t just thirst that was quenched—it was the spirit of community that truly flowed.
