Body Basics - Mensturation Health and Hygiene Workshop

In a safe, respectful space, AquaTerra volunteers led honest conversations around periods and hygiene. With charts, kits, and open-hearted listening, the Menstrual Health Workshop helped girls understand their bodies without fear or shame. Myths were broken, questions welcomed, and dignity restored. By the end, participants weren’t just better informed—they were more confident, supported, and ready to support others.
