Smiles Shared - Ektara Workshop

The Ektara Workshop was a beautiful blend of expression, learning, and connection. Held in collaboration with the Ektara Foundation, the session brought AquaTerra volunteers and children together for a day rooted in creativity and care. The workshop focused on nurturing confidence, imagination, and communication through simple, engaging activities. There were group games that encouraged teamwork, art-based sessions where crayons and paper came alive with color, and storytelling circles where voices—big and small—found space to be heard. Volunteers guided activities with a light, playful approach, making sure every child felt included. Whether it was helping someone draw their first tree or acting out characters during a story session, the workshop buzzed with warmth and laughter. More than anything, it was about presence. Volunteers weren’t just instructors—they were participants, listeners, cheerleaders, and friends. The Ektara Workshop served as a gentle reminder of how much can be built with just time, empathy, and undivided attention. No grand speeches, no rigid structure—just joy, shared moments, and a lot of heart.
