On the Lake Town Footbridge, six AquaTerra volunteers set out to brighten a few strangers' days with nothing more than paper, pens, and a pocketful of toffees. Each passerby who paused was handed a handwritten affirmation note along with a small sweet treat, a tiny nudge of encouragement dropped into an ordinary commute.
Over a hundred notes and toffees changed hands that day, each one a small, deliberate act of warmth. There was nothing grand about it, just volunteers choosing to make strangers smile, one note at a time.
