BACKBONE OF AquaTerra, supporting our members at every stage of their journey. HR runs the intake pipeline for 1,100+ members. Each month, it recognizes our top contributors through Members of the Month, celebrating their work across Ventures, CRFTd, workshops, and social media. Also responsible for issuing of official documents like certificates, MoUs, and Letters of Recommendation, and maintaining the databases that keep our community organized and connected.
