Five AquaTerra volunteers brought music and colour to Pather Sathi this May, running Rythm and Strokes for 25 children who split their time between paintbrushes and dance moves. The room stayed lively from the first sketch to the last spin.
Pairing art with dance gave kids two different ways to express themselves in one session, some found their footing on the dance floor, others found it on paper. Either way, the workshop was less about technique and more about letting the children loose creatively for an afternoon at Pather Sathi.
