As the festive season lit up Kolkata this October, eight AquaTerra volunteers took a break from their usual project work to simply enjoy the city. Lights and Laughter was less a workshop and more a wander, pandal to pandal, taking in the colours and crowds.
It was a rare evening built purely around togetherness rather than a set agenda. Between the lights, the noise, and the shared walk through Kolkata's puja season, the volunteers came away with the kind of memories that don't need a statistic attached, just good company and a city in full festive swing.
