Six AquaTerra volunteers turned out for the fifty-second Tails and Treats drive in Laketown this September, one of the largest counts yet, feeding 90 stray dogs across the area. The bigger team made it possible to cover more streets and reach dogs further from the usual route.
Even with the larger number, the visit kept its familiar rhythm, volunteers calling out to dogs who came running the moment they recognised the sound of the food being set out.
It was a strong close to another round, proof that consistency and a growing group of volunteers can extend the drive's reach further each time.
