Seven volunteers, the biggest team so far, launched the Drama Workshop series at Disha Foundation in July 2022, introducing thirty students to the basics of acting, voice projection, and stage movement. It was a first attempt at something new, and the energy in the room reflected that.
Students who'd never performed before found themselves improvising scenes and finding their voice, literally, by the end of the session. It set the tone for the editions that would follow, proving there was real appetite for this kind of creative outlet.
