Nine AquaTerra volunteers took Pawtect to MCKV Institute of Technology this July, running an animal welfare seminar for 40 students on treating strays with care and respect. Held on a college campus, the seminar reached an audience a little older than the usual workshop crowd.
Discussions covered everyday ways to look out for street animals, why kindness towards them matters, and small actions students could take on their own campus. With nine volunteers involved, the session stayed interactive, with plenty of questions and stories shared back and forth.
It was a seminar aimed at shifting attitudes, one student audience at a time, starting with 40 at MCKV.
