The 21st edition of Wear and Share brought three AquaTerra volunteers to Avani Oxford to collect gently used clothing for redistribution. By the end of the drive, 9 kgs of clothes had been gathered, each piece on its way to someone who needed it more.
Drives like this one run on repetition and consistency rather than scale — a steady rhythm of collection efforts that, together, clothe far more people than any single event could. This round was no exception, with donors stepping up once again to keep the cycle going.
Simple as it sounds, a bag of clothes handed over at Avani Oxford this July is warmth for someone else come winter.
