In Saltlake this July, four AquaTerra volunteers ran another edition of Book Basket, our recurring drive to get books into the hands of children who need them most. Door to door, the team gathered 6 kgs of books over the course of the day.
It was a quiet, steady kind of effort, less about spectacle and more about consistency. Every collection adds to a growing pool of resources that eventually finds its way to classrooms and reading corners for underprivileged kids across the city.
