Three AquaTerra volunteers hosted Happy Hands at Pather Sathi this June, keeping 25 children busy with a mix of craft and play built purely around fun. There was no single skill being taught, just an open invitation to create and enjoy the afternoon.
The lighter format meant the room stayed loud with laughter throughout, and volunteers leaned into that energy rather than trying to quiet it down. Sometimes the simplest sessions leave the widest smiles.
By the end, hands were covered in colour and every child had something small to call their own.
