The 28th edition of Tails and Treats brought seven AquaTerra volunteers to Salt Lake Haveli this March, biscuits in tow for sixty-five street dogs who'd come to expect the visit.
Feeding drives like this rarely make headlines, but the dogs notice the consistency, and so does the neighborhood. It's care delivered quietly, one biscuit and one wagging tail at a time.
