At School On Wheels Park Circus this March, five AquaTerra volunteers handed out squares of colored paper and watched thirty-five children discover the quiet satisfaction of a perfect fold. Cranes, boats, and the occasional crumpled attempt filled the room.
Origami has a way of teaching patience without anyone noticing they're learning it. By the end of the session, the children weren't just folding paper, they were folding it with focus and pride.
