At Amader Pradakhep this January, two AquaTerra volunteers ran Her Voice, a women empowerment workshop built around open conversations on rights, confidence, and everyday skills. Thirty participants took part, some listening intently, others jumping into the discussion.
The session worked best when it stopped feeling like a lecture and started feeling like a conversation between women who wanted to be heard. By the end, the group at Amader Pradakhep had shared more than advice, they'd shared a sense that their voices mattered.
