Tails and Treats - Feeding Stray Dogs 25.0

AquaTerra welfare project · Bangur

On a January afternoon in Bangur, two AquaTerra volunteers set out with a simple mission: make sure the neighbourhood's strays didn't go hungry. By the end of their round, 40 dogs had been fed, tails wagging as bowls were filled one after another.

It wasn't a large team or a loud event, just two people, some food, and a lot of patience walking the lanes of Bangur. Tails and Treats keeps returning to this idea that caring for the city's strays doesn't need a crowd, just consistency and a willingness to show up.
