Late May in Bagmari Market meant one thing for four AquaTerra volunteers: setting up jugs of chilled Rooh Afza sharbat for passersby caught in the heat. The fifteenth edition of Sharbat Seva kept the formula simple, cold drinks, a bit of lemon, and a lot of grateful smiles.
Over the course of the drive, the team poured out 20 litres of sharbat to market-goers and vendors alike. It's a small gesture, but on a scorching day in a busy market, a free cold drink goes a long way toward making someone's afternoon a little easier.
