This May, four AquaTerra volunteers ran Doodle and Draw at Pather Sathi, guiding 30 children through simple drawing exercises meant to build both confidence and creativity. Pencils and crayons were passed around as kids sketched everything from animals to their own imagined worlds.
The session leaned into play rather than instruction, letting children doodle freely while volunteers offered gentle nudges and praise. It was as much about self-expression as it was about technique.
By the end of the afternoon, every child had a page to take home, and a little more confidence in their own hand.
