At the Urban Shelter for the Homeless, six AquaTerra volunteers spent the day with elderly residents on the seventh edition of the Old Age Home visit, offering company, care, and essentials to about twenty people. Conversations ranged from quiet chats to shared laughs over old stories. The volunteers helped distribute essentials and simply sat with residents who wanted company, understanding that sometimes the visit itself matters more than anything handed over. It's a drive built on presence as much as provisions, and the residents' warmth back toward the volunteers made the afternoon feel like a two-way exchange.
