The very first Wear and Share drive kicked off at Ganges Garden Phase 1 in early May, with five volunteers going block to block asking residents to donate clothes they no longer needed. As the opening edition of the campaign, it set the tone for what would become a recurring effort.
The team collected 4 kgs of clothing by day's end, a modest start that would go on to be repeated across the city in the weeks that followed.
