Respect and Reach returned to the Urban Shelter for the Homeless this May for its sixth visit, with four AquaTerra volunteers spending time with residents who don't get nearly enough company. Conversations, small gestures of care, and simple companionship were the order of the day for 20 elderly residents.
There's nothing flashy about an old age home visit, but the value is in showing up again and again. This was the sixth time AquaTerra has walked through these doors, and it won't be the last.
