Three AquaTerra volunteers ran Green Talk at Pather Sathi this April, walking 30 children through the basics of environmental awareness using games and simple hands-on activities. Ideas like reducing waste and caring for plants were framed in ways the children could apply right at home.
The interactive format kept the session lively, with children eager to share what they already knew about protecting the environment. Volunteers built on that existing curiosity rather than starting from scratch.
By the end, the children left with practical habits to try out and a clearer sense of their own role in looking after their surroundings.
