Universal Smile hosted a lively session in late April as three AquaTerra volunteers ran Clear Talk, a public speaking workshop built around simple, confidence-building exercises. Twenty-five children took turns finding their voice, some hesitant at first, others eager to jump right in.
The format kept things light — short prompts, encouraging feedback, and plenty of applause — so nerves gave way to enthusiasm as the session went on. Volunteers focused on making every child feel heard rather than judged.
What started as a shy room slowly turned into one full of hands raised and voices ready to be heard.
