This April, three AquaTerra volunteers spent their Sunday at Pather Sathi running Happy Hour, an interactive learning session for 30 children. True to its name, the workshop leaned into fun first, using games and activities to keep the children engaged rather than sitting through a straight lesson.
Volunteers rotated between small groups, making sure each child got a share of attention rather than getting lost in the crowd. The mix of structure and playfulness kept the session lively from start to finish.
It was a modest Sunday effort, but for the children at Pather Sathi, an hour of undivided attention and fun goes a long way.
