In Gachtala this July, ten AquaTerra volunteers rolled up their sleeves for another round of Grow Green, our ongoing plantation drive. Working through the afternoon, the team dug in and planted 100 saplings across the neighbourhood, adding a little more green cover to the area.
Beyond the digging and watering, the drive was a reminder of how steady, small efforts add up. A hundred saplings won't change the skyline overnight, but each one is a quiet promise of shade and cleaner air for the years ahead. The volunteers left tired, sun-warmed, and glad to have spent the day building something that will outlast the afternoon.
