At Pather Sathi's Sunday School, four AquaTerra volunteers led 25 children through a conversation about something rarely discussed openly in that setting: mental health. The session wove together simple explanations of emotions and coping with the comfort of a familiar, faith-rooted space.
It was a gentle introduction rather than a deep dive, meant to plant the idea that feelings are worth talking about. For many of the kids, it was likely their first time hearing mental wellness spoken of so plainly.
